Communication
Communication comes from the Latin word "Communicare" and means "to make something in common". The word game between parties is therefore not an activity that cannot be underestimated, because by talking, parties are moved to come together and cooperate, whereby the most beautiful things can be achieved. Unfortunately, we all find that almost every day we often have to repeat certain wishes and grievances for the same people in our lives such as our parents, children, colleagues, employees, employers and spouses. We speak the same language, but we don't understand each other. What is this miscommunication and how can we improve our reality?
Argumentation
Arguing is one of the forms in which we communicate. Argumentation is what all of us do pretty much all day, every day. Arguing always starts when there is a "difference in will". the art of arguing lies in the fact that the parties' will can come to an agreement through which something else can be made in common. It is usually thought that argumentation must be accompanied by pressure or arguing. But that's not necessary at all. When we realize that arguing is a "Super power", with which the other can be moved to cooperate, it is of eminent importance to get to know this power.
Workouts
Rumi Knoppel provides communication and argumentation training that is completely attuned to universal principles, but also principles that are specifically attuned to the Surinamese mentality. The basic training consists of five sessions.

Each session is once a week. The participants then receive personal missions every week where they can immediately test the theory in practice. A short evaluation takes place every week and the material is then discussed in more detail.

It is also possible to arrange specific communication sessions that are tailored to the wishes of the customer.
Personal guidance is also possible.
